I hereby grant Principal Lighting Group, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, licensees, agents, and partners (collectively, “PLG”) a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, include in collective works, and create derivative works from (collectively, “Adaptations”) the photograph(s), drawings, designs, and illustrations I am submitting (the “Images”), in whole or in part, in any and all formats and media now known or later developed, for any and all purposes whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, use in connection with PLG’s trade name, trademarks, trade dress, goods, services, advertising, promotional, marketing, or sales materials.
I confirm that I am the sole creator and copyright owner of the Images, or that I otherwise possess full rights and authority to grant this license, and that no further permissions are required. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily and irrevocably waive any moral rights, rights of attribution, integrity, or similar rights in or to the Images under Section 106A of the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §106A, or under any other applicable law in any jurisdiction.
I further grant PLG the perpetual, worldwide right to use my (and/or my company’s) name, image, likeness, and biographical or professional information (including both information I provide and publicly available information) in connection with the Images and any Adaptations, in any and all media and by any and all means of delivery now known or later developed, including to advertise and promote any PLG goods or services.
I release, discharge, and hold harmless PLG, its affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to the use of the Images as described above. I agree to indemnify and defend PLG against any claims, losses, damages, actions, liabilities, judgments, awards, fines, penalties, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of any actual or alleged breach of my representations in this agreement.
