This registration is optional and will be used, if completed, to help access information for possible warranty claims in the future. The only exception to non-required registration will be the “Life of Sign Warranty” detailed below, which will need this form filled out. Principal Sloan will continue to honor warranties as stated in the Standard Limited Warranty should this registration not be completed for all other products. Warranty Registration is designed to help process any claims in a timelier manner.
Installing Prism Synergy?
The Life of Sign Warranty applies only to eligible Prism Synergy module installations. To qualify, submit your Warranty Registration within 30 days of installation.
- The Life of Sign Warranty only applies to the Prism Synergy modules in applications, not the power supply.
- The product warranty itself is the same as it is for all of our other products as outlined in the Principal Sloan Warranty Statement; only the duration of the coverage has changed.
- The lifetime product coverage will require the submission of the Principal Sloan Warranty Registration Form within 30 days of the installation of the sign.
- If the Warranty Registration Form is submitted within the specified 30-day period, the term of the coverage begins at the date of the sign installation.
- If the Warranty Registration Form is not submitted within the specified 30-day period, the term of the coverage begins at the manufacture date code on the products.
- The lifetime warranty will only apply to the original and unaltered sign.
- For specification work, the warranty is with the OEM or National Program End-User per contract agreement to use the Prism Synergy Series.
